To apply, you need to submit the completed application, photos showing your work is done by you, and payment. Applications will not be accepted without payment. Applications are available on our website www.thebigone.biz. Applications and photos can be mailed or emailed.

NO import/commercial, Direct Sales or buy/sell booth space available.

All of the facilities we hold our shows at are ADA-accessible.

In Fargo, the FARGODOME has complimentary wheelchairs available. In Minot and Bismarck, we bring two wheelchairs for customer use at no charge. They are available at our Information Booth on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We do NOT have electric scooters to rent.

If you lost something at a show please email us at info@thebigone.biz with a description of what you left/lost. We’ll gladly check our Lost & Found and let you know if we have it.

There is a $5 entrance fee, 12 and under are free.

Forms of payments accepted for door entry:

  • Fargo – cash, check or credit card
  • Minot & Bismarck – cash or check. Credit cards not accepted

ATM’s are available at the entrance doors of all venues.

Parking is FREE at the ND State Fair Center for our Minot shows.

FREE parking is available at the Bismarck Event Center and limited $5 parking.

Parking at the FARGODOME is $5. Free parking is available on nearby side streets.

We’d be happy to help get you the contact information you’re looking for! Please email us (info@thebigone.biz) with as much information as possible. Information that helps us narrow down who you’re looking for includes:

  • Which show was the vendor in
  • What did they make
  • The approximate area where their booth was located

The more information you give us, the better our chances are for figuring out who you’re looking for!

Yes, strollers are allowed. We do encourage the use of smaller sized strollers if possible due to the crowded aisles. Avoid using the double side-by-side strollers if possible. Wagon style strollers are allowed.

Show Acceptance notices for the Spring show start going out to returning vendors in late December. Show Acceptance notices for new vendors (a new vendor is anyone not in the previous year’s show, regardless if you’ve participated in another show of ours) around the middle of January.

If we do not accept your application because the category or show is sold out, we will email you to see if you want to cancel your application or be placed on our cancelation waitlist. Payment is not processed while on a cancelation waitlist.

We love animals! However, the facilities only allow for service animals.
